It was easy to follow his simple directions that helped me relax each part of my body and drift into a calm and relaxing place. I've used it to help me go to sleep a few times now and I never remember hearing more than the first few minutes before drifting off

I feel asleep each of the five times now I used this. This is never easy for me but following the soothing voice and calming suggestions was wonderful. My boyfriend also listened and he was so mellow afterwards it was as if he just got high!
